ABOUT SESSION
We offer outdoor, studio, in home/on location + Event coverage. We are a Jane of all trades - so we cover it all in the realm of photography.
Galleries take 7-14 business days to be completed. NOT including day of session, weekends or holidays.
INVESTMENT
$25 Security Deposit - returned if session starts within 10 minutes of start time and ends within 5 minutes of session. [if Chanel is late or running late - the SD will still be returned!]
Retainer of 50% of session fee is due immediately. Remaining balance is due 14 days before session date. All payments are non-refundable.
Any client that arrives more than 15 minutes late or cancels 2 hours before their scheduled session - risks their entire session being forfeited - that includes monies paid AND retainer. We understand emergencies happen so please communicate immediately. A no show is a cancelation and a full new booking will need to take place.

TIPS
Bring snacks/drinks for pets/ kids / yourselves.
Be aware of the location/theme and bring spare items as needed.
After a cake smash; you may not want icing all over your car!
After walking through the beach - you may want a towel.
A family wagon is always helpful for props/jackets.

POLICIES
Sickness + COVID Policy + Weather
Any client who has been recently exposed to someone with COVID19 must immediately notify us via email. All sessions will be rescheduled for up to at least 15 days from the exposure. Masks are to be worn by clients up until we begin the session and immediately concluding our session if social distancing cannot take place. Our photographers and stylists will wear our masks through the entire session. We wipe/clean and sanitize all space and equipment used.
Do not show up to sessions sick from any type of cold/illness. Please reschedule. If you show up sick - we reserve the right to immediately cancel session without refund.
If weather is not ideal [rain, heavy snow, ice, flash floods, strong wind gusts, hurricanes, tornado warnings for example] we will postpone/reschedule. Pending the availability of your type of session - we will pick a new date. If a themed mini is no longer available or a location is no longer usable - monies will be credited towards a future session.
WHATS INCLUDED?
All our sessions always include a complimentary phone or video consultation if you choose.
Sessions include a digital gallery which will include high-resolution images in their unedited format and edited images.
You can expect 20-100+ edited images pending the length and success of your session. Boudoir sessions have their own terms/collections.
Normal enhancements to images. Extensive editing & correction comes at an additional fee. Please choose outfits wisely, check the bottoms of your shoes, the buttons on your outfits! Aim to wear makeup to correct blemishes, bruises or marks you do not want shown. Please bring wipes/mirror/tissues to check your faces/noses.
READY TO BOOK?
Retainer is 50% of your session cost.
Retainer is NONREFUNDABLE.
All payments are NONREFUNDABLE.
We do not offer reshoots.
Any private location or studio sessions require rental/use fees so your 50% retainer is used for that.
Any advanced cancellations/reschedules will have to pay another 50% retainer to retain a new date.
Any no shows/last minute [under 48 hours] cancelations result in loss of all monies paid and a full new booking must take place.
